The Institute of Global Health Innovation (IGHI) forms part of Imperial’s strategy to find solutions to global challenges by focusing multidisciplinary research expertise on addressing international issues. IGHI focus on the delivery of high quality and internationally relevant research organised around seven centres of excellence. The post holder will support the human resource activities of two of IGHI’s research centres: the Centre for Health Policy and the Helix Centre (http://helixcentre.com/).

In particular, the post holder will develop, manage and implement Centre specific strategies relating to training and development, recruitment, culture and environment, and HR administration.  

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent and will have previous experience of working in a HR administrative relevant role.

The post holder will perform a variety of personnel-related administrative tasks and must therefore be an enthusiastic and highly competent person. This position requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. This is an exciting opportunity for an up-and-coming HR professional to work in a fast-paced environment.

This post is full time, fixed term for 1 year.
