Lecturer in Philosophy

We are seeking to appoint a Lecturer with proven research potential. We are seeking a candidate specializing in any area of Philosophy. The successful applicant will be required to give four separate classes over the academic year (two each term), at both undergraduate and graduate level, in areas that complement our current offering, and to supervise graduate students, as well as taking on the usual administrative and examining roles in the Department.

This post is an open-ended and full-time position with an ideal start date of September 2018.

Candidates must have, or be expected to get a PhD in Philosophy.

The appointment will be on UCL Grade 7 or 8. The salary range will be Grade 7: £38,581-£41,864 per annum / Grade 8: £43,023-£50,753 per annum, inclusive of London Allowance.
