Trinity is seeking to recruit a Head of Development for Performing Arts. As we journey through a period of transformation where we seek to establish Trinity as the leading awarding body for the Performing Arts; we are looking for an individual who has an exceptional track record of driving growth through change, is relentlessly focused on delivering value to our customers and has credibility within the sector.

The Head of Development for Performing Arts will work closely with the General Manager; supported by Business Development Manager and Sector Support teams to deliver growth through new business and increase the retention rate of key customers. A key part of this role will be developing high performing team to successfully execute the strategy.

The successful candidate will also have the following experience and capabilities:

  • Proven success at developing and implementing sales strategies in existing and new markets
  • Significant experience of working with schools, teachers and other performing arts institutions
  • Working and influencing in a matrix structured organisation
  • Experience of using data analysis to create sales strategies
  • Multifaceted in communication and time management skills
  • Demonstrable experience of influencing key stakeholders
  • Experience of devising pricing strategies and improving bottom line contribution
  • Working collaboratively across functions such as product, marketing and operations to deliver go to market plans.
