Administration Manager

Oxford International Education Group - Bangor International College

Oxford International Education Group, working with Bangor University, requires from March 2018 or as soon as possible thereafter, an experienced and well-qualified administrator to be Administration Manager at the Bangor International College (BIC).

The BIC provides preparatory programmes for international students who wish to pursue their degree studies at Bangor University. BIC opened in September 2016 and so is now in its second year of operation.

Applications are sought from those with substantial experience of administrative work, ideally in either the Further or Higher Education environment. The role is a key one, supporting the work of the educational managers and of the tutors within BIC and reporting to the College Director. The successful applicant should have an understanding of and be in sympathy with the needs of international students and, initially at least, the role will have an element of student welfare attached. As BIC grows the post holder can expect to manage a growing team of administrative staff.
