The Innovation Funding Administrator will work as part of the Innovation Funding Team to provide high quality administrative support across all areas of the team’s delivery responsibilities. This exciting and busy role will also provide co-ordination across key stakeholders and businesses.

The ability to plan and deliver work on your own will be vital to provide high level support within a busy team and to ensure efficient and proactive professional responses.  

You must have five passes at GCSE at Grade C or above, including Mathematics and English (or equivalent qualifications or relevant experience in a comparable role). Recent experience of working in an administrative role in a busy office environment and excellent communication skills in person, by telephone and in writing are essential. In addition, you will be able to satisfy all essential criteria detailed in the person specification for this post. 

The post is available from 6 February 2018 or as soon as possible thereafter on a part-time, 0.5fte (50%) fixed term basis for 15 months to cover the maternity leave of the current postholder. The working pattern will be subject to agreement. 

The University is a Bronze Athena Swan Award holder, currently working towards Silver.
