Administration Assistant - Quality, Teaching & Learning - Term Time Only (SS362)

37 hours per week over 40 weeks per year (38 weeks term time only plus 2 weeks in the summer)

We are looking to recruit an administration assistant to work within the busy Management Admin team supporting both Quality and Teaching and Learning.  

The candidate will need to have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines within this pressurised environment.  Experience of scheduling appointments is essential as this is a key element of the role. Experience of minuting meetings and diary management is essential along with excellent communication skills. 

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and Word, candidates need high levels of accuracy/proof reading experience.
