Halls Liaison Officer

Goldsmiths, University of London - Student Support Services

In this role, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive tenancy management service to Goldsmiths student residents; implementing proactive measures to deal with tenancy issues and student behaviour. You will be a liaison with Estates and Facilities in relation to faults and repairs. You will be working as part of a team to deliver support to our student residents living within Goldsmiths and partnership properties.

You will be responsible for providing accommodation-related advice, support, and guidance to enable our residents to maintain their tenancy conditions and hall and flat relationships. You will pro-actively provide support, information & advice, and referrals for residents in need to appropriate teams within Student Advice and Wellbeing and also facilitate flat meetings.

You will pro-actively work in partnership with colleagues, support services and partners to promote tenancy sustainability and reduce anti-social behaviour. This role reports to Stakeholder Engagement Manager within Accommodation Services.
