Business Systems Lead (fixed-term)

In this role you will be responsible for the successful planning and implementation of Digital Core, delivering a fit for purpose HR/Finance system(s), which will meet the University’s immediate and medium-term future needs. As the Business lead for this programme of work you will lead all stages from business case development through to the successful launch of the new system(s), including ensuring the effective engagement of staff, re-design of work processes and leadership across all strands of change management needed to support resulting new ways of working. 

To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record of delivering large scale ERP (HR and Finance specifically) programmes and have demonstrable experience of delivering programmes of change with a focus on highly effective user engagement. A true leader you will provide a vision for the programme which engages a breadth of stakeholders, whilst also possessing the strong programme delivery skills, knowledge and experience required to instill confidence in those around you. 

Experience of the HEI sector whilst not essential is highly desirable. 

In return, you’ll receive a generous holiday entitlement of up to 30 days per annum plus Bank Holidays and University closure days (pro-rata); and a benefits package including contributory pension scheme. 

This post is offered on a 2 year fixed-term contract with the possibility of extension to meet programme delivery requirements.
