Background

The University has embarked on an ambitious high profile programme of work to modernise our student information, by delivering relevant information in a modern personalised way to both students and staff.

The aims of the programme are to:

  • Replace the existing Student Record System.
  • Deliver efficient and streamlined processes and new ways of working.
  • Significantly improved user experience for staff and students.
  • Improve the University’s handling and management of student data.

The Role

This is an exciting, fast-paced programme of change, so we are looking for someone who has enthusiasm, resilience and energy, to support the Programme Director and two Project Managers.

The post holder will be responsible for all administration related to the programme including keeping records updated, arranging meetings and updating key project artefacts.

They will be a key contact for the programme and will be required to communicate with key stakeholders internally and externally throughout the duration of the programme. The post holder will be a core member of the team, tasked with driving ahead change in a supportive and professional way.

Requirements

We are looking to recruit a proactive and effective administrator, with experience of supporting a project/programme team. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills are essential. The post holder will be expected to have a pro-active and can-do approach.
