Student Education Service Officer in Admissions

University of Leeds - Faculty of Environment

Are you a well organised and adaptable individual, committed to delivering an excellent student experience? Do you want to help the Faculty of Environment to deliver and develop their exceptional Student Education working within the Admissions Service?

Joining our Faculty of Environment Admissions team, you will be responsible for providing a high quality experience to applicants and prospective applicants for taught programmes, supporting all elements of the admissions process from initial enquiry through to registration.

You will support applicant/conversion events in the Faculty, such as Open Days, which involves working non-standard hours including evenings and weekends on not more than 8 occasions each year.

With experience of working in an administrative role, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to identify and suggest improvements to the service provided. You will also be well organised, with excellent attention to detail and a flexible approach to work, moving between areas of work as necessary to respond to workload peaks, working collaboratively with team members to share good practice and encourage knowledge exchange between colleagues to facilitate continuous improvement.
