The Leeds Institute of Health Sciences (LIHS) is seeking an enthusiastic team player with excellent numeracy skills who can demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to provide senior financial and monitoring support for a Department for International Development (DFID) funded research programme consortium, COMDIS-HSD (communicable disease – health service delivery) a programme which aims to improve the delivery of health care services in low to middle income countries. 

You will play a crucial role in supporting the administration of the research programme. You will be required to provide financial and monitoring support to the programme, working closely with the Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Coordinator and the Consortium Manager. 

As well as excellent literacy and word processing skills, you will have first-rate interpersonal, organisational and communication skills and will be able to work on your own initiative. You will also have previous relevant office experience, financial expertise, and a flexible approach to your work.
