Postdoctoral Research Associate in Conversation Analysis

The salary will be paid at Grade 6, £33,358 to £39,992 per annum plus £2,923 per annum London Allowance, pro rata

This post will be Fixed Term Contract for 3 years

This is a Part-time post– 50 % full time equivalent

The School of Education, Communication and Society is seeking to recruit an outstanding early career researcher who has recently completed their PhD, to contribute to research in the Centre for Language, Discourse and Communication (LDC). The post holder will assist the Head of School, Professor Beatrice Szczepek Reed, in undertaking and developing research in conversation analysis and related fields. They will also be expected to develop and strengthen their own research profile. They will contribute to the research profile and academic life of LDC, as well as the wider School.

The selection process will include submission of one publication or piece of publishable quality, a presentation and a panel interview.
