Student Information Officer

The Academic Registry is looking for a motivated Student Information Officer to join our Student Data and Information Team on a fixed term contract until the end of July 2020. If you have experience of managing data and are enthusiastic about working with databases to deliver reporting requirements, then this could be the ideal role for you.

The work is varied but you will be primarily responsible for providing data and information about student numbers, tuition fee income and other student information to support the University’s education process.  We are seeking a highly numerate and analytical individual who, ideally, will have an understanding of the HE sector or a similar service environment.  You will need to work effectively as part of a team but will be expected to take responsibility for delivering reporting and ensuring that priorities are met.  We are particularly looking for an individual who has excellent SQL skills.  Experience of Microsoft SSRS and SSIS would also be extremely useful.
