Nottingham College High Pavement City Sixth Form offers students the opportunity to study A Levels or International Access courses in a friendly and supportive environment with excellent teaching, first class facilities and opportunities for a range of sporting, leisure and cultural activities.

We are looking for a Lecturer in Finance to provide excellent teaching and learning to our level 3 Access to Higher Education International students within the International provision. The role would commence January 8th and will run till the beginning of August.

Applicants should have recent experience of teaching Finance at Level 3 either Access to Higher Education or A level related subject, either in their current post or as part of their PGCE. Applicants should have the ability to work as part of a team. In addition, they must have an interest in curriculum development. This will be evidenced through the use of up-to-date research and ideas.

Applicants must be passionate about teaching International students in the FE sector, and be committed to ensuring that our learners make the best possible progress. As such, applicants must also have a good sense of humour, the ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.

You will have a teaching qualification and be passionate about being a professional educator to young people.

The assessment centre for this post is Monday 18 December 2017
