Receptionist (part-time 25 hours per week)

University of Cambridge - Finance Division

Salary: £19,305-£22,214 pro rata

The Finance Division is seeking to appoint a Receptionist to join the newly refurbished central support offices located at Greenwich House on Madingley Road. The Division manages the financial resources of the University and the support services for the financial functions carried out by the University's departments. The role will be part of the Greenwich House Operational Support Team.

The role holder will be part of the team offering delivery of an exceptional customer-focused experience for the residents and visitors to the building. As a member of a busy team, the role holder will be first point of contact for all visitors and staff, assisting with their requests which include providing meeting refreshments, notifying when visitors arrive, accepting parcels on their behalf and booking meeting rooms and resources.

The successful candidate will be well organised, possessing the ability to work effectively in a team and have experience dealing with customers and colleagues at all levels. Remaining welcoming and professional under pressure with the ability to use own initiative is essential.
