The Institute of Global Health Innovation (IGHI) forms part of Imperial’s strategy to find solutions to global challenges by focusing multidisciplinary research expertise on addressing international issues. IGHI focus on the delivery of high quality and internationally relevant research organised around seven centres of excellence. The post-holder will provide cross-centre administrative support to two of IGHI’s research centres: the Centre for Health Policy and the Helix Centre (http://helixcentre.com/).

The post holder will assist, and work closely with all members of the Centre for Health Policy and HELIX, in the day-to-day management and execution of project activities and responsibilities as required. Will also work alongside and provide support to all members of staff to improve communication between programmes as well as assisting in the organisation and smooth running of meetings and workshops for investigators in the UK and at overseas sites. The post holder will also update and maintain databases for publications, current and prospective students, and research grants.

The post holder will perform a variety of administrative tasks and must therefore be an enthusiastic and highly competent person, able to prioritise to meet deadlines and communicate effectively with a wide range of people at all levels.

This is full time, fixed term for 12 months.
