We currently have the following vacancy within our Facilities team which plays a key part in our students’ studying experience and environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for and have had experience of pro-actively managing facilities teams (both in house and outsourced contracts) preferably within an academic environment, have a recognised M&E qualification or equivalent practical experience and be IOSH qualified.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of Hard FM services including PPM / reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, utilities and capital projects and relevant experience in Health and Safety. A good understanding of Soft FM services is also essential, including cleaning, print and security.

The successful applicant will have a good level of education and be computer literate, have a proactive approach to problem solving and experience of providing excellent customer service.  Whilst not essential, a basic knowledge of course delivery and course materials production would be desirable.
