Student Education Service Officer (Assessment)

Based in the School of Law, this is an exciting opportunity to work within a vibrant community as part of a professional education service team, dedicated to providing an excellent experience to all our students and staff. You will have a focus on facilitating assessment and mitigating circumstances processes, including submission of coursework, supporting academic colleagues with the marking process, through to publication of results, as well as responding to student enquiries.

With experience of working in an administrative role, preferably in a customer service or educational context, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to identify and suggest improvements to the service provided.

You will be well organised, with excellent attention to detail and a flexible approach to work. You will be able to multi-task and move between tasks within the Schools at short notice to meet deadlines. You will work collaboratively with team members within your School, with other Schools and Central Services to share good practice and encourage knowledge exchange between colleagues to facilitate continuous improvement.
