Lecturer in ICT & Computing

18 hours per week

We are seeking to appoint an adaptable and self motivated individual to the role of Lecturer in ICT & Computing. The role will involve undertaking delivery and assessment on all levels of computing courses across the College from Level 1 to Level 5 including BTEC courses up to HND levels and AS/A2 Levels if required.

The successful candidate must:

  • Hold a minimum Level 6 in relevant subject area or be working towards.
  • GCSE English & maths (A*-C)
  • Relevant Teaching/Training Qualification and/or willingness achieve
  • Industry experience in Accounting
  • Experience of differentiating with learners
  • Experience in working in an educational/training environment
  • Up to date knowledge of the industry
  • Skills required including programming in various programming languages, networking and computer security.
