We’re looking for a collaborative, organised, and communicable Programme Administrator to provide administrative support to our MiM Programme Management team.

The Role

Help us deliver our world class MiM/GMiM degree programme

The MiM Programme Office is responsible for building and maintaining a world-class Masters in Management and Global Masters in Management programme, as well as providing support and pastoral care for the students. Joining our MiM Degree Programme Management team as Programme Administrator, we’ll look to you to contribute to a high quality and rigorous experience for our students as you:

• Develop and maintain cross-programme awareness and knowledge
• Provide administrative support to our MIM Programme Management team and stakeholders (students, faculty, teaching assistants, and colleagues).
• Provide exceptional service to our students through multiple channels of communication. 
• Deliver and develop the degree programme. 
• Generate ideas for continual improvement and innovation.

In this role, you’ll use your initiative to keep everything running smoothly in our MiM Programmes Office, ensuring our students receive a top quality service.

Salary: £24,000 - £25,000
