Associate Lecturer (SW CYP IAPT Participation Innovator)

The College wishes to recruit a part time (50% fte) Participation Innovator in Clinical Education Development and Research (CEDAR). This post is available from 1st January 2018 on a fixed term contract ending at 31st December 2018.

The successful applicant will manage the embedding of high quality participation across the South West CYP IAPT collaborative in partnership with its partners, children and young people and their parent / carers. They will build up and shape evidence base of best practice and work with the Participation Lead in evidencing the impact of participation and communicate it strategically. Also they will ensure that there are ongoing opportunities for support to new members and those needing bespoke support and to support the members of collaborative in securing sustainable pathways for young people’s and parents/ carers involvement via the integrated Programme Board.

The successful applicant will possess a depth or breadth of specialist knowledge demonstrated by a relevant qualification, or core knowledge relating to CYP IAPT in order to support learning in the partner agencies.
