Permanent Contract

Part-time position working 80% FTE (29.20 hours per week)

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in providing clerical and administrative support to university staff development programmes. Tasks will include course administration, event management, liaison with course participants/trainers and maintaining and developing the Learning and Development website using SiteBuilder and Moodle.

You will have a good general standard of education and be numerate to GCSE level or an equivalent standard in Maths and English. Experience of working in a busy and diverse administrative environment where customer service is of the utmost importance would make you successful in this role. Your interpersonal and communication skills should be of a high calibre as you will be liaising with a wide range of people whilst undertaking the event management element of this role.
