Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to the College Pro Vice-Chancellor

The College of Physical Sciences and Engineering is looking to appoint an Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to the College Pro Vice-Chancellor (PVC) to cover a period of maternity leave. 

This is an exciting full-time role, providing high level, professional and confidential support to the PVC and other members of the College’s senior staff.  The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a positive, professional and supportive working environment and be the first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, as well as managing the cycle of business for the College Board.

The successful candidate will have significant experience of working in a comparative role, including the provision of professional, high-level support to members of senior management, and highly effective organisational and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time position (35 hours per week). The role is available from 1 April 2018 and is fixed term until 31 March 2019 to cover a period of maternity leave.
