REF 2021 Administrator

FTE: Part-time position working 14.8 hours per week (0.4 FTE)

Duration of contract: Fixed term until 31 July 2021

An excellent opportunity has arisen within the School of Health and Social Work for a REF (Research Excellence Framework) Administrator. This role will provide comprehensive, effective and efficient administration and operational support to the Associate Deans (Research) for preparing submissions for the mock assessments and the final submission to REF 2021.

This key post requires a self-motivated and proactive individual, with strong communication, literacy and numeracy skills. In addition you will have proven organisational skills and the ability to effectively manage your own workload without close supervision. You will have experience of analysing data and the ability to produce clear, accurate and concise written documentation within agreed timescales. You will also be able to build effective working relationships across a range of colleagues and stakeholders, have experience in the full suite of Microsoft Office applications and a flexible approach towards the full requirements of the post.
