Student Administrator

London South Bank University

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual Student Administrator to work within the Student Administration department supporting the School of Arts and Creative Industries. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable commitment to providing excellent customer service and a strong commitment to delivering a user focused, administrative service.

The post-holder will need to be able to deal sensitively with enquires from a diverse range of individuals, and de-escalate and manage potentially difficult or conflict situations calmly and with confidence.

The post-holder will play a key role in ensuring that the objectives of the Student Administration department are met by ensuring that student and staff enquiries are dealt with in a customer-focussed and efficient manner.

The post-holder will need to be able to work collaboratively with colleagues within Student Administrations and academic staff. They will play a key role in supporting the Student Administration Team Leader in driving forward the service provision.
