WRG Europe Ltd are a specialist research consultancy company supporting universities and institutes facilitate their research through direct grants and tenders. We are looking for a flexible, experienced, and dedicated administrative coordinator to support our expanding team of research facilitators.

Successful applicants will have the advantage of flexible working hours and be able to work from home.

Main Responsibilities

  • Monitoring e-mail correspondence to a dedicated e-mail box, responding to queries or allocating them to the relevant member of staff, and monitoring replies.
  • Responding accurately to enquiries within required timescales.
  • Coordinating diaries and schedule calls.
  • Maintaining the required spreadsheets for the allocation of routine work or records management.
  • Keeping website up to date, uploading content written by other team members.
  • Making travel and accommodation arrangements for staff members.
  • Preparing invoices.
  • Coordinating expenses.
  • Proof reading.
  • Assisting with any other administration tasks as required.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Evidence of experience with Microsoft packages essential.
  • Well organised with good attention to detail essential.
  • Access to suitable home office space and a good internet connection essential.
  • Very high level of written and spoken English essential.
  • Proof reading experience desirable.
  • Experience of an academic environment desirable.

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 depending on experience and skillset (opportunities for part time work depending on candidate and on a pro rata basis).
