Research Support Officer

Regent's University London - Academic and Educational Development

We are looking for a highly organised and experienced administrator to join our Academic and Educational Development team. The role will support the research strategy of the University by devising and implementing efficient administrative processes in relation to all aspects of research and enterprise, including support for research centres, relevant committees, ethics and research degree programmes. 

You will communicate, promote and uphold the University’s policies, both in relation to research and to general human resource and finance policy areas, and ensure both staff and students are compliant with ethical approval processes for the research they are undertaking. You will provide ongoing support to grant holders and devise methods for collecting and maintaining data on research funding. 

Ideally you will be degree educated or hold equivalent professional experience. With proven experience in an administrative role, you will be highly organised and able to manage a varied, busy workload and have excellent attention to detail. 

You will be experienced at producing administrative and/or business processes, and skilled at analysing data and producing reports for circulation.
