Lecturer-Senior Lecturer Marketing

The Division of Management, Marketing & People at London South Bank University's School of Business is seeking to make a number of appointments at Lecturer/Senior Lecturer level in Marketing. All candidates will be required to make a significant contribution to teaching, and to the development of existing and new academic programmes. Subject expertise in one of following areas: International Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, or Marketing Communications is required, and an ability to contribute to teaching in other areas of the marketing portfolio, such as Cross-cultural marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Strategy, Social Media Marketing, International Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Management, Marketing Communications and Ethical Marketing is also desirable.  We are particularly seeking a candidate with appropriate professional qualifications in Marketing.

All Candidates will be expected to provide supporting evidence (at a level appropriate for the level of post) of an established or developing track record in respect of areas such as: (i) learning and teaching developments; (ii) research relevant to the School's 2021 REF submission; (iii) academic management and leadership; (iv) enterprise income generation; (v) improving the student experience; (vi) engagement with professional practice, industry and external stakeholders.

Candidates seeking appointment at Senior Lecturer (Grade 8) will be expected to have a strong record of significant contribution in areas such as academic management, research and enterprise income generation. Candidates seeking appointment at Lecturer (Grade 7) will be expected to demonstrate strong potential to make a significant contribution in areas such as academic management, research and enterprise income generation.
