Assistant or Associate Professor in Geovisualization

The new School for Environment and Sustainability (SEAS) at the University of Michigan is seeking applications for a full-time, nine-month, tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor in the field of geovisualization.

We seek applicants who are outstanding in terms of research and teaching promise working on any aspect of theory, design and application of geovisualization in the interdisciplinary field of environment and sustainability. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in geography, computer science, information sciences, ecology, landscape architecture, urban planning, art and design or a closely related field, a strong record of scholarly publication, evidence of teaching potential in a multidisciplinary setting, as well as other activities demonstrating a trajectory towards national and international recognition.
