We're looking for a personable multi-tasker to join our Degree Programmes and Career Centre as a Recruitment and Admissions Administrator.

The Role

Our Degree Programmes and Careers Centre design, promote and deliver our school's portfolio of world-class degree programmes across the globe. As our Recruitment and Admissions Administrator for our MBA programmes, you'll help MBA applicants through the admission process and manage their applications with skill and accuracy. You'll also:

  • Organise the applicant database to ensure applicant details are managed effectively
  • Coordinate with our incoming class and perform all necessary due diligence
  • Provide outstanding customer service by attending selected marketing and on-campus meet-and-greet events
  • Answer applicant and cross-departmental queries in a timely fashion
  • Process fee payments
  • Contribute to our school's overall business objectives
  • Work with colleagues and departments to continuously improve our admissions process.

Share our knowledge

To do that, we have to make sure we've got the people, the tools and the infrastructure to share our thinking globally. In this role, you'll provide the highest levels of customer service throughout the admissions process.
