Student Records Officer (maternity cover)

The Student Records Officer is part of a team providing effective administration of UCL’s processes for student record keeping from enrolment to award, including module selection, assessment mark processing, progression and award.

Your duties will include being responsible for UG, PGT and PGR students, working collaboratively and positively with contacts in other professional services, academic departments and faculties as well as assisting with enrolment, responding to queries, processing examination entries and working as part of a team in a flexible way to ensure the team meets its objectives and timescales. You will also be expected to contribute ideas and suggestions on how to improve some of the processes.

This is a fixed term, maternity cover post available from April 2018 to April 2019 or when the post holder returns, whichever is sooner. 

It is essential that you have experience of working in an administrative role in a busy office environment and possess excellent IT, written spoken communication skills, a meticulous and organised approach to work with a high standard of accuracy and an ability to prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
