Start Date: As soon as possible

An opportunity has arisen to join the Academic Registry in the University of St Andrews to share responsibility for the management and operational service delivery of the Registry Student Journey.

Registry is a key central administrative Unit of the University supporting Schools, students, senior management and external stakeholders through admissions, the administration of student records, the co-ordination of international partnerships and study abroad, curriculum and timetabling records and the provision of associated reporting. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to think quickly and the experience of conveying complex information to colleagues at all levels. You will be a real team player with a track record of supporting colleagues by motivation, tact and enthusiasm while having a passion for delivering service improvement for all stakeholders.

You will work closely with colleagues in Admissions, Student Services, the Proctor’s Office, the Director of the Graduate School, members of the University’s senior management, Schools, Finance, and colleagues across Registry, to ensure that we provide a first-rate and joined-up service.
