This is your chance to play a pivotal role in delivering our Campaign. As Alumni and Supporter Care Manager, you will ensure the department provides excellent customer service to our donors, fundraisers and our academics. You will advise on UCL’s gift administration policies, and tax efficient giving, as well as how donors can give to UCL and ensure all donations are handled correctly, managing the end-to-end gift administration service. In addition, you will review and streamline all gift administration processes, helping to develop and maintain the relevant elements of our Blackbaud CRM database.

You will have a proven background of proactively managing a key service in a customer-focused team. You will have experience of using a sophisticated database to input and extract financial data, demonstrating a high level of accuracy in your work. A sound understanding of fundraising, donations, Gift Aid and tax efficient giving is essential.

This maternity cover post is funded for 12 months.
