Lecturer/Associate Professor in Human Resource Management

International Business and Strategy is seeking to appoint an Associate Professor or Lecturer in Human Resource Management to contribute to our growing strengths in the MBA provision in the International Human Resource Management.

Research and teaching experience in related areas of International Business and Strategy will be considered to be an asset. The successful candidate will contribute to the growing strengths and reputation in the International Business and Strategy.

You will have:

  • The enthusiasm and commitment to play a full part in building one of the world's leading full-service business schools
  • For the Associate Professor − track record for research articles in internationally recognised refereed journals.
  • For the Lecturer − research expected to lead to the regular publication of articles in internationally recognised refereed journals
  • A strong interest in teaching on postgraduate programmes (MBA or MSc) and making positive contributions to delivery of these programmes.
