University of Warwick - Commercial - Warwick Sport

2-year fixed term contract.

We’re looking for a switched on, commercially-driven marketer with strong campaign planning experience for a 2-year contract at Warwick Sport to help lead the marketing for its new £49million Sport Hub opening Spring 2019.

A true self-starter, you’ll have overall responsibility for planning, shaping and executing a marketing plan that will engage communities and create demand for the new Sport Hub pre and post launch.

Responsibilities include:

  • Identifying new markets with opportunities for ROI growth and engagement.
  • Uncovering and managing brand partnerships in the region, with the goal of extending brand awareness and driving sales.
  • Managing, executing and evaluating compelling campaigns that support the delivery of Warwick Sport’s marketing strategy.
  • Inform the design, branding and signage of the new Sport Hub.

To be considered for this role, you’ll have demonstrable experience of brand communications, campaign and media planning, outreach and sales promotions.

You’ll also have a track record of success from within a commercial environment, with evidence of entrepreneurial flair and creativity.
