We’re looking for a creative and operationally savvy programme manager to deliver experiences that challenge our students to think differently and put their learning into practice.

The Role

As our Senior Global Programme Manager, you’ll lead and work within a team to deliver unforgettable experiential learning programmes and bridge the gap between the classroom and the real world. You’ll help to oversee part of our global portfolio; working across the School to develop and design programmes, to monitor their progress, and to deliver them on time, efficiently and to the highest standard. You’ll analyse feedback to continually refine existing programmes and work with senior faculty to ensure our portfolio prepares students to succeed in business. This is an opportunity to put your programme development and operational management skills to the test in a truly global environment. We’re looking for a natural problem-solver who can take the autonomy of this role and deliver genuinely world-class programmes. As part of that you’ll:

  • Manage delivery of a set of global programmes, taking active responsibility for budgeting, planning and execution 
  • Review and refine evaluation methods and drive insight-led improvements to programmes 
  • Proactively identify and deliver improvements to operating and project management procedures 
  • Contribute to the development of new programmes, collaborating with colleagues and faculty to expand our portfolio in line with the School’s vision and students’ needs
  • Build and manage relationships across the alumni and wider business community in support of programme development and delivery
  • Oversee communication strategy for designated programmes

Who We Are Looking For

  • Educated to a degree level
  • Experience developing and delivering education or L&D programmes, preferably in a HE context
  • Extensive operational and project management experience including budgeting capability 
  • Outstanding people skills including managing, networking and building relationships
  • Strong understanding of global business issues 
  • Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal equally important 
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
