HR Compliance Officer

University of Sussex - Human Resources

We are seeking to appoint a Human Resources Compliance Officer to ensure that the key processes undertaken by the Human Resources Compliance Team run effectively and efficiently, ensuring that the University remains fully compliant with UKVI legislative requirements.  The postholder will work closely with colleagues across the University to further develop, implement and review processes to continue to ensure full compliance with the University’s Tier 2 and Tier 5 sponsor obligations. 

The successful applicant will have extensive knowledge and understanding of Visas and Immigration policy affecting staff and educational institutions. As well as excellent organisational skills, an analytical approach to evaluating process and policies and meticulous attention to detail, the postholder will have strong interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
