Senior Programme Administrator, Degree Apprenticeships

We are looking for a Senior Programme Administrator to join our team to support the Degree Apprenticeship Programmes and the associated Education Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) administration.

Responsibilities will include, updating and monitoring the monthly ESFA requirements. Liaising with faculty members, other departments within the University and with the students to ensure smooth running of workshops and the programmes allocated to you.

You will also monitor students progression following university processes, support module scheduling and programme governance documentation.

You will have:

  • A real passion for ensuring high quality customer service to ensure repeat business
  • Strong organisational skills with a confident approach to managing competing demands
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • A professional manner with a positive, resilient and flexible approach
  • Experience of running events/workshops is desirable
  • Experience in the apprenticeship arena and with ESFA databases is desirable
