BI Developer (Microsoft Stack)

The role is to join an established Data Warehouse team using SSIS for ETL and reporting using Cubes and Sharepoint. The successful candidate will have experience in using the Microsoft Stack of BI tools, and already have some experience of the below:


The role holder will work as part of a professional service delivery team dedicated to the provision of an efficient, effective and quality driven Information Technology service to staff and students within the Corporate, Administrative, Academic Research and Learning and Teaching functions of the University.

The role holder will provide a highly professional, friendly and customer focused face to the services offered by Information Services.

The role is highly varied, with tasks in systems implementation and administration, programming and configuration, reporting, systems analysis and interfacing. The role holder will be required to provide advice, training and guidance on use of the systems, and liaise with customers, suppliers and other IT teams to ensure the best possible service is provided. SQL is used consistently throughout all the different systems.

This post is full time and open ended.

Salary: £32,534 - £38,833 per annum (Grade 6)
