Clinical Teaching /Training Fellow in Medical Education (CPP)

UCL Medical School is looking for a Clinical Teaching Fellow to support the delivery of high quality medical education. The post holder will assist the vertical module team to develop and deliver the CPP component of the new curriculum. They will contribute to written and practical assessments, including standard setting processes. They will participate in the development, planning, coordination, delivery and evaluation of undergraduate courses which includes teaching within the CPP modules. They will also participate in the development, planning, coordination, delivery and evaluation of postgraduate courses, including the Training to Teach (TtT), Foundation Programme teaching, staff development courses and contribute to activities as part of the Medical School Education Consultancy (MSEC).

The post will be for a duration of 1 year, in the first instance.

The successful candidate will have a Medical degree, enrolment in an approved training programme, and GMC full registration. They will have experience of teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels and have proven ability and commitment to teach in a clinical and non-clinical setting.

Candidates without a National Training Number will be appointed as a Clinical Teaching Fellow grade CL7 (salary £34,962 - £43,522 per annum) pro rata inclusive of London Allowance.
