Associate Dean (Teaching and Learning)

Huddersfield Business School is looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and highly motivated individual to appoint as Associate Dean (Teaching and Learning) – a professor-level post. You will be able to evidence your substantial experience of teaching and learning, including excellent teaching delivery, leading innovative teaching initiatives, and knowledge of the challenging teaching and learning agenda in UK higher education. 

You will hold a PhD, and have a strong national and international profile in an area of research relevant to Huddersfield Business School evidenced by a substantial track record of high quality publications, external grant income and PhD completions. You will have significant experience in a senior role of leading and motivating a range of academic staff, and of ensuring effective and efficient delivery of a wide range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses including overseeing quality assurance.  As a member of the School’s Senior Management Team, you will contribute to strategic planning and implementation to achieve key performance indicators within the School and University Strategy.
