Organisational and Staff Development Manager (CPD Framework)

Cardiff University is seeking to appoint an Organisational and Staff Development Manager (CPD Framework) to work with key stakeholders to support the development of a comprehensive continuing professional development (CPD) framework to support academic staff at all career stages.

You will project manage the development and implementation of the agreed programmes within Budget, working with colleagues internally and externally to deliver, including the facilitation of sessions drawing on your own expertise.

The successful applicant will have a relevant Postgraduate/Professional qualification or equivalent substantial experience working within Staff Development and the delivery of training activities, be a HEA Fellow or willing to become a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.

This post is full-time and fixed-term for 12 months.

Salary: £41,212 - £47,722 per annum (Grade 7)
