Postdoctoral Research Associate in Flavivirus Vaccine Immunology (Grade 7)

We are seeking an enthusiastic Postdoctoral Research Associate to join the Centre for Global Vaccine Research (CGVR), based in the Department of Clinical Infection, Microbiology and Immunology within the Institute of Infection and Global Health, to work on the Zika vaccine project.

You will be contributing to vaccine vector design/generation, and supervise cellular immunology studies on subjects participating in a first-in-human (phase I) clinical trial, and in other relevant studies.

You should have a first or 2:1 degree and a PhD (or equivalent) in a relevant subject, with practical experience of cell culture, including freezing, thawing PMBC isolation, and recombinant viral vector constructs. The post is available until 31 August 2020.
