Student Records Team Assistant

University of Huddersfield - Financial Services

Permanent, 37 hours per week

We are looking for an outgoing, well organised and self-motivated individual to join the Student Records Team within the Financial Services Department.

Your experience in Higher Education administration should include expertise in working with complex databases with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to work well under pressure.  The ability to work as part of a team, to work flexibly and to multi task are essential requirements for this role.

You will hold the ECDL qualification and GCSE grade C or above in English and Mathematics, or equivalent qualifications.  You will possess well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal with customers in a patient, friendly and efficient manner and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Current experience of working in Higher Education administration is essential, as is experience of delivering high quality customer service provision.
