The School benefits from strong student numbers and satisfaction across a suite of undergraduate, postgraduate and post experience programmes. In 2014 ULMS also established its presence in London, where it now offers a range of City-relevant programmes from the newly developed UoL London Campus in Finsbury Square. Globally, the School continues its partnership with the International Business School Suzhou (IBSS) at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, in Suzhou, China. The School’s global presence is further enhanced through its growing suite of postgraduate online programmes developed within Liverpool Online, the University’s partnership with Laureate Online Education.

The Work, Organisation and Management group is now seeking to appoint a new colleague in Human Resource Management at the level of Lecturer. You should possess a relevant PhD (or be about to obtain), an embryonic track record of publications in world-leading or internationally-excellent journals and be able to evidence future research plans demonstrating a capacity to sustain and extend the existing high level of output.

You will also be expected to have demonstrated at least a willingness to teach and an interest in module delivery, and are likely to have undertaken some teaching duties at undergraduate or postgraduate level. The School seeks excellence in all aspects of the student experience and for individuals with a passion for innovative pedagogies and the capacity to create and deliver new and highly contemporary modules.
