Bioscientist – Drug Discovery Unit

About the role:

We are currently looking for a Bioscientist to join the Drug Discovery Unit to provide screening support to our oncology focused drug discovery programs.

You will be responsible for the development of novel in vitro biochemical assays and the screening and profiling of small molecule inhibitors to support the drug discovery process from hit identification to lead optimisation.

This post would suit a highly motivated and well organised individual, who is looking for the opportunity to support the day-to-day running of a busy drug discovery laboratory.

About you:

You should have a degree in a Biological discipline (or equivalent relevant experience) and a background related to biochemistry or cell biology. Previous experience in in an assay development and screening environment would be beneficial.
