We’re looking for a collaborative and passionate Administrator to provide general administrative support to the Global Experiences team.

The Role

Help increase London Business School’s presence and relationships within and outside the UK

Our Degree Education and Career Centre is responsible for designing, promoting, recruiting for and delivering London Business School’s portfolio of degree programmes. As an Administrator, you’ll support the Global Experiences team as you help provide quality global experiences to students and contribute to the planning of a portfolio of global experiential initiatives. That means we’ll look to you to:

• Support the creation and management of documents and platforms used in the development and delivery of global initiatives
• Assist the team with the development and implementation of the communication strategy for students
• Support and work closely with the Global Experiences team to develop, deliver and evaluate global initiatives
• Support the development and maintenance of the individual project plans for global initiatives

• A Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• The ability to thrive in a changing and pressurised environment
• Attention to detail and strong organisational management skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Willingness to undertake some international travel
