IT Support Officer Grade 5

The University of Liverpool opened a Campus in the heart of London in 2014. We are looking to recruit an IT Support Officer to be a first point of contact for technical support of IT services in the London Campus. You will provide a high level of customer service to students, staff and delegates, including the preparation of IT facilities and services. You will need a good knowledge of PC’s, tablets and Microsoft Windows and experience of supporting delivery of IT services.

You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language, a BTEC Higher level (or equivalent) in an IT related subject would be advantageous, have excellent customer service skills and be able to demonstrate your ability in IT together with relevant experience in supporting users with a range of IT equipment and software. Experience in supporting and operating Audio Visual and conferencing systems would be advantageous.
