We are looking to appoint a senior educationalist with preferably experience within a healthcare setting to lead on the delivery of the MSc in Physician Associate Studies. As Head of Programme this individual will lead the PA team, join the academic faculty of the IHSE and represent the PA programme at both local and national meetings.

Such a post is designed for an experienced educator wishing to innovate in curriculum development, lead and develop module(s), as well as supporting the module and year leads. It provides an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to extend their educational leadership skills within an excelling university environment and significantly contribute to innovating NHS healthcare education.

The post is a part-time, 3 year renewable appointment, with salary (pro-rata) based on the QMUL Senior Lecturer Scale/Clinical Academic scale (depending on experience and qualifications). Benefits include 30 days’ annual leave (pro rata), defined benefit pension scheme and interest-free season ticket loan.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. Where required this may include entry clearance or continued leave to remain under the Points Based Immigration Scheme.
