Job overview:

We are seeking a Service Administration and Operation Administrator to provide high quality service and administrative support across Student and Academic Services. 

You will provide a wide range of administrative functions including dealing with enquiries from staff, students and other customers, ensuring continuous improvement of processes and assisting with the execution of core business processes.

You should:

  • Be educated to A level, or can demonstrate equivalent experience
  • Have had a wide range of administrative experience in a professional office environment.
  • Have experience of organising activities and events, and working as part of a team to deliver an excellent customer service.
  • Have experience of taking minutes at meetings and working with confidential information.
  • Have good IT skills, with experience of email, MS Office Word Excel, PowerPoint and data base systems with experience of manipulating data to produce basic reports
